You decide what you carry.

The sender describes what is inside, and you see that description before you say yes. When you collect it, you check what is inside and its condition, and keep a photo or a note of it. And you can say no at any point, for any reason or none, with nothing owed and nothing to explain.

Why it works

A journey you’re already making.

The alternative is a van or a courier making the trip on purpose. You are already on the coach. Using that seat is the whole idea: no extra vehicle, no extra journey. Why that matters.

Payment

You set the price.

You name the least you would accept for the trip. The form starts at €5 and the figure is yours. You are paid after the handover.

Questions

How do I know I'm not carrying something illegal?
Every shipment comes from a named company that declares what is inside, and you see that declaration before you accept. Roam is a marketplace: we introduce you to the sender, we do not inspect the item and we never hold it. So you look at it when you collect it, its contents and its condition, and keep a photo or a note. If anything is unclear you say no. Illegal goods, weapons, dangerous goods and perishables are things we will not arrange at all.
What if my plans change?
Tell us and that is the end of it. You can decline any shipment for any reason, and there is no penalty for a trip that no longer happens. We would rather hear early than have you feel locked in.
Do I have to keep it with me the whole time?
Yes. That is the point of the service, and it is why the items are small enough to sit in your own bag. If a shipment would not fit comfortably with your luggage, we do not send it.
How payment works
You set the minimum you would accept for a trip. We only contact you about shipments that clear it, so you are never asked to consider something not worth your time. You will see the exact fee before you say yes to anything.
