For senders
Request a delivery
You know who is carrying it, and you can prove where it has been.
From your desk to theirs
You describe the shipment
The route, what is inside, how heavy it is, the dates that work, and the most you would pay.
You owe nothing. Nothing is booked and no price is fixed.

An illustration of the record, not a real one. No shipment has been completed yet, so there is no genuine record to show. The names and times are invented; the three stages are the ones the record actually has.
How this differs from a parcel network
- One pair of hands, not a network
- Your item travels with one named steward on a direct journey.
- A record, not a tracking number
- Each handoff is recorded by name and time-stamped.
- A journey already happening
- We match your shipment to a trip someone had already booked, rather than sending a vehicle out for it.
How pricing works
You name the most you would pay. We never charge it.
Every steward has told us the least they will accept. We hold both figures and show neither, then settle between them, come back within about 10%, or decline. You never see the steward’s minimum and they never see your maximum.
There is no platform fee or booking fee during the pilot. The agreed shipment price is the total price. Nothing is booked until we confirm it in writing.
What we can carry today
A good fit if it is
- Light enough for one traveller to carry as luggage, up to 40kg
- Packaged and declared, with a description you can share up front
- Non-hazardous: no chemicals, fuel, aerosols, or undocumented batteries
- Not perishable or temperature-controlled
- Known 2–5 days ahead, on a route between cities with regular coach or rail service
Not yet a fit
- Anything needed within hours
- Pallets, freight, or anything needing a vehicle of its own
- Deliveries into port terminals and other sites public transit does not reach
This is guidance, to save you working it out from scratch. We do not check or verify what is in a shipment, so please satisfy yourself that what you send is lawful, safe and suitable before you send it. Our terms set out who is responsible for what.
Before you ask
What happens if something is lost or damaged?
Insurance is not guaranteed at this stage. Any coverage for a given shipment is confirmed separately in writing before dispatch, and until that confirmation exists, risk stays with you. We would rather tell you that plainly than imply a protection we cannot yet provide. The terms set this out.
Start here
Tell us about the shipment. That is the whole of what we need to start looking for a steward.
Takes about three minutes. By submitting it you agree to our terms and to us handling your details as described in our privacy notice.
Talk to us first, if you would rather
We are glad to spend twenty minutes on your routes before anything moves, so we understand the problem properly and you can tell us where this would not work.
Email [email protected] and we will find a time.
